Generally, the place was pleasant and had obliging staff in the night shift. I had freshly made food for breakfast with many options. Really enjoyed the practical comfort room with a great design. The location was very central, stunning easy to arrive at via train from the airport.

The total stay was really good for short business trip. Our breakfast was delicious and sensational with many options. Excellent and absolutely perfect location, near a railway station, exactly where we wanted to be. We had lunch in Asia Gourmet, placed close by.

Air conditioned, comfortable modern rooms with bathroom and coffee, as example, absolutely perfect setting. Location short walk to restaurants and bars and train station and the " Hauptbahnhof ". Also, to all touristic areas.

This hotel was quiet and gorgeous in every respect, had cordial staff in the night shift. The rooms were quiet, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. Unbeatable location, the breakfast was good with cheese and also organic foods.

Great location just outside main station. Helpful and informative staff. Allowed early check-in. Clean and white linen. Friendly and cooperative staff who make you comfortable. Convieniently close to the train station. Breakfast included in the price.

I loved the decor and the location, which is a stone's throw from the main train station. Breakfast is good and included in the rate of the room. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and large. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's in an old building so it's has lots of stairs (warning for handicap) but it has a lift at least halfway.

A comfort room on 3rd flr with balcony has basic facilities you need. The hotel provides a perfect service.

The location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a glass-fronted skyscraper. The rooms are spacious and cool enough with working ac, so that guests have essentials

the place was fairly clean and ideal, had very very nice and understanding staff in the night shift. i asked for comfort room and it was new-fashioned with comfortable bed. the location was marvellous and unbeatable as for me, near which is a great asset, different restaurants, and railwaystation.

Everything was perfect, so were beautiful views of the Frankfurt skyline. I had the comfort room with all needed, the breakfasts were delicious and sensational. Unbeatable and nice location in the shopping area and it was a bonus to be near a railway station.

I stayed at Cristall Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Frankfurt. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the main station. The check-in process was friendly and welcoming, which is rare in Germany. They even offered me a bottle of water and made a coffee for me after my long train journey. The rooms have a modern design and are nicely renovated. The bathroom was clean and the living area was a nice touch. The beds were comfy, and the wifi was strong. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. a great stay in a beautifully renovated hotel.

Location was perfect -- right next to Frankfurt Hbf. The proximity to the train station allowed us to explore other places nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, well-lit. We enjoyed the breakfast as well -- buffet style with many items, both sweet and savory. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a very good choice of hotel for our needs.
